We want our guests to make the most of their time with us so we offer an array of activities & group training sessions to choose from. Although we encourage as much activity as possible, guests can participate in as much or as little as they wish.

Below is an example of the types of activity you can expect on our Bali Escape

 

Monday

  • Arrive in Bali - Greeted by us

  • Transfer to our stunning Villa to unpack, unwind and have some chill time by the pool or explore the local area

  • Relaxing Yoga session

  • Sunset, dinner & drinks by the beach

Tuesday

  • 08:00 - Morning Run, then Yoga in the villa garden

  • 10:00 - Breakfast

  • 12:00 - Visit near by Temple

  • 13:00 - Lunch & free time

  • 16:00 - boxing/kickboxing session

  • 18:00 - Local restaurant for Dinner

Wednesday

  • 07:00 - Power Yoga in the garden

  • 08:30 - Breakfast

  • 10:00 - Rice fields trek & lunch in Ubud

  • 14:00 - Free time

  • 17:00 - HIIT & Core session

  • 19:00 - Sunset drinks & dinner by the beach

Thursday

  • 07:00 - Breakfast

  • 08:30 - Day of jungle trekking & waterfalls (incl lunch)

  • 17:00 - Yoga

  • 19:00 - Dinner cooked in villa by private chef

Friday - Day Off

  • 07:00 - Optional morning training session

  • Guests are free to do as they please for the day

  • Option of going Scuba Diving with us (extra cost)

Saturday

  • 07:00 - Pool circuits

  • 08:30 - Breakfast

  • 10:00 - Surfing & Lunch

  • 14:00 - Beach time

  • 17:00 - Boxing/kickboxing session

  • 19:00 - Sunset drinks & dinner by the beach

Sunday

  • 07:00 - Beach run

  • 08:30 - Breakfast

  • 10:00 - Cycling trip in Ubud

  • 14:00 - Free time

  • 17:00 - Body Blast session

  • 19:00 - Dinner cooked in villa by private chef

Monday - Day Off

  • Optional morning training session

  • Guests are free to do as they please for the day

  • Option of going Scuba Diving with us (extra cost)

Tuesday

  • 03:00 - Sunrise Trek on Mount Batur (incl breakfast & trip to Hot Springs)

  • 10:00 - Surfing & Beach time

  • 17:00 - Group HIIT session

  • 19:00 - Final dinner & night out

Wednesday - Leaving Day

  • Checkout from Villa

  • Day at beach club

  • Transfer to airport/onward accommodation etc.

 

Please note - The above itinerary is an example and daily activities may vary. During the course of the retreat guests can also expect regular small workshops on various topics (diet & nutrition/training/cooking etc)

LAST DAY - Breakfast & drinks will be provided, but as guests will be leaving at different times throughout this day they will be responsible for their remaining meals for the day.
