Example Activity Schedule

Below is a basic draft of what 10 days at our Koh Samui retreat looks like. This is not a final activity schedule as we modify schedules to suit different guests abilities, as well as weather conditions etc at the time of the retreat.

Locations of meals will also vary from retreat to retreat but will always be a combination of "in house" meals cooked by private chefs, and visits to amazing local restaurants. We are very proud of our ability to meet almost all dietary requirements on our retreats, but we do kindly ask guests to inform us in advance of any special requirements. 

Day 1 - Arrival day

  • Guests arrive
  • Welcome meeting
  • Ice breaker game
  • Unwind by the pool
  • Dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2

  • Breakfast
  • Muay Thai / Kickboxing
  • Lunch
  • Free Time
  • 1/2 group Training with Zanna / 1/2 group paddle boarding
  • Dinner

Day 3

  • Breakfast
  • Hiking (Jungle) 1-2hrs
  • Lunch
  • Free Time
  • 1/2 group Training with Zanna / 1/2 group paddle boarding (swap from previous day)

Day 4 - DAY OFF

  • Guests free to explore and relax

Day 5

  • Breakfast
  • Kayaking around Ang Thong Marine Park
  • Lunch
  • Muay Thai / Kickboxing
  • Dinner

Day 6

  • Breakfast
  • Hiking (Through Jungle, visit scenic Waterfalls) 2-3hrs
  • Lunch
  • Free Time
  • Training with Zanna

Day 7 - DAY OFF

  • Visit private beach club for day of relaxing

Day 8

  • Session with Zanna
  • Breakfast
  • Trip to Big Buddha temple
  • Lunch
  • Free Time
  • Dinner

Day 9

  • Muay Thai / Kickboxing
  • Breakfast
  • Free Time
  • Yoga
  • Last Dinner

Day 10

  • Final Workout
  • Breakfast
  • Check Out
