Below we have created 2 example itineraries. 1 is based on purchasing our "Full Surf package", and the other is our "Try Surf package". These are example schedules and should not be taken as literal. Actual schedules will vary and activities may change depending on guest abilities/requirements, and weather.


Try Surfing Package (incl. 1 surf lesson)

Day 1 - 8th April - Arrival Day

  • Arrive in Colombo and transfer to our Colombo Hotel
  • Relax by the pool / test out the onsite gym / Hang out in the cafe / CHILL!
  • Welcome meeting - Meet all your fellow guests & Team New Horizon
  • Dinner

Day 2 - Head South

  • Breakfast
  • Board our private coach
  • Travel down to Ahangama (approx 3hrs)
  • Arrive at our beach front villa
  • Lunch & Introduction to the rest of the team
  • Chill out time
  • Workout in the villa garden with Zanna
  • Dinner

Day 3 - Let's do it!

  • HIIT workout with Zanna
  • Breakfast
  • Free time
  • Lunch
  • Trial Surf lesson
  • Free time
  • Dinner

Day 4 - Just getting warmed up

  • Early morning SUP Yoga session
  • Breakfast
  • Free time
  • Lunch
  • Beach workout with Team NH

Day 5 - ELEPHANTS!

  • Early morning start (02:30am)
  • Drive to National Park
  • Experience sunrise at the park, and watch the wildlife come alive
  • Spend an adventurous day getting up close to wild elephants, and other beautiful wildlife
  • (Breakfast/Lunch provided out on Safari)
  • Dinner @ villa

Day 6 - Back on it!

  • Villa workout with Zanna
  • Breakfast
