We want our guests to make the most of their time with us so we offer an array of activities & group training sessions to choose from. Although we encourage as much activity as possible, guests can participate in as much or as little as they wish.

  • 10:00 - Free Time

  • 13:00 - Lunch

  • 17:00 - Resistance training

  • 02:00 - Very Early rise for Sunrise Trek @ Mount Batur

  • 10:00 - Breakfast

  • 13:00 - Chill Time @ the Villa

  • 08:00 - Breakfast

Please note - The above itinerary is an example and daily activities may vary. During the course of the escape guests can also expect regular small workshops on various topics (diet & nutrition/training/cooking etc)

LAST DAY - Breakfast & drinks will be provided, but as guests will be leaving at different times throughout this day they will be responsible for their remaining meals for the day.
