So I've talked recently (a lot) about all the amazing activities you can do while visiting Sri Lanka, but what I haven't talked much about is what the "Fitness Scene" is like in Sri Lanka and how we found it staying on track while we travelled this interesting country.
So, as you may (or may not) know, we recently spent a few weeks in the beautiful Sri Lanka setting up our next fitness retreat in April. Part of the reason we were there (in fact, it was the MAIN reason we were there) was to check out all the amazing activities that this fascinating Country had to offer.
