So, as you may (or may not) know, we recently spent a few weeks in the beautiful Sri Lanka setting up our next fitness retreat in April. Part of the reason we were there (in fact, it was the MAIN reason we were there) was to check out all the amazing activities that this fascinating Country had to offer.

Travel - Most of us can't get enough of it! Whether it's a 1 week vacation or a year long, worldwide trip it just keeps calling us back for more.
