With less than 5 months to go until our Koh Tao Retreat, we're getting super excited and have got an awesome trip in store for all of our lucky guests! If you can think of an activity, we will almost certainly be doing it!
I'm so happy about this one! After weeks of searching through hundreds of villas all over Bali, we have finally secured the most gorgeous, 5* Luxury (and I mean Luxury) Villa.
So it's been a few days since i posted a blog. This is due to a number of reasons, but the main one being that i've been trawling the web for a villa for our retreat in Bali. Now when i say trawling, I mean TRAWLING!
First of all Happy New Year to all of our readers! Hopefully you've all had a fantastic Christmas and New Year (We definitely did!), but it wasn't all relaxing and indulging for us as we've been working away in the background to bring you something very special.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with a little tipple of your favourite drink at Christmas, but a tip to stop you drinking so much is to pour your wine in the other room and take your glass to the table. That way you won't be tempted to just keep topping up before you finish your glass and therefore not realising how much you've drunk until the bottle has gone.
Every year it gets harder and harder to find that perfect gift for someone special, and on top of that as great as your gift may be it's more than likely that it will be forgotten and unused within a few weeks.
So the season is upon us once again and with it comes the familiar acceptance, nay expectation of indulgence and gluttony. Now don't get me wrong, i'm by no means suggesting that you shouldn't be able to enjoy the Christmas festivities with a glass wine, a generous helping of your mums Turkey dinner and a nice piece of Christmas Pudding to finish, but I am suggesting that people have this tendency to excuse themselves from any sort of dietary responsibility.......
