Example Activity Schedule

Below is a basic draft schedule for our Koh Samui retreat. This is not a final activity schedule as we modify schedules to suit different guests abilities, as well as weather conditions etc at the time of the retreat.

 

Day 1 - Arrival day

  • Guests arrive, relax and unwind by the pool

  • Welcome meeting

  • Releasing and energising Yoga session

  • Dinner at Greenlight Organic Restaurant

Day 2

  • Beach HIIT

  • Breakfast

  • Samui High Park (Huge Water Slide!)

  • Lunch

  • Free Time

  • Workout @ CrossFit Gym

  • Dinner

Day 3

  • Early morning Hike to waterfall

  • Swimming in waterfall

  • Breakfast

  • Free Time

  • Lunch

  • Free Time

  • Sunset paddle boarding

  • Dinner

Day 4

  • Muay Thai Workout

  • Breakfast by the beach

  • Chill time on the beach

  • Lunch

  • Chill Time

  • Power Yoga (all levels)

  • Dinner

Day 5

  • Beach HIIT

  • Breakfast

  • Free Time

  • Lunch

  • Free Time

  • Workout @ CrossFit

  • Dinner

  • Explore Fisherman Village Night Market

Day 6

  • Breakfast

  • Hike

  • Lunch

  • Free Time

  • Muay Thai/Kickboxing

Day 7

  • Private Boat Charter & Kayaking @ Ang Thong Marine Park

  • Last Dinner

Day 8 - Leaving Day
